It's also a loud property--too many people (and more towers are under construction), not enough pool chairs around the pools, and
noisy
cars/radios.

The only complaint we had with the room was the dishwasher was very very
noisy
to the point you couldn't sit in the living room while it was running, so we would load it and run it when we were out of the room.

As for the 'ocean view,' we can see a parking lot & a (
noisy
) pool below and somewhere in the distance is the beach (which im pretty sure we'll have to drive to because it looks really far away).
"Loved it the first time around. The second time... not so much. "

Considering how crowded and
noisy
the pool areas were, I was surprised by how relatively empty the beach was.

We have stayed at the nearby Ihilani at least once a year for over 15 years but decided against it this year because of the massive and
noisy
construction going on at the Disney resort being put up next to it.

This doesn't seem to make sense to us as they are like chalk and cheese - JW Marriott a select up market hotel and Disney a
noisy
not so up market hotel.

Although the resort was filled with people, it was always quiet and serene in our building, and the grounds never seemed
noisy
or crowded in the least.
