1. It was very weird for our stay this time as on numerous days we noticed the pool area to be very crowded, which is completely un-common for this property.

2. What's with that? Or when you ask to substitue one item for another I don't mean anything weird like can I have the rice instead of the pasta and they respond with 'that would be like ordering a whole another meal' These are just some of the issues I encountered.
