1. Lugging heavy luggage up 3 flights was very hard and I am sure the neighbors did not appreciate the noise.

3. We already have a timeshare through DVC, why would we want to purchase another? They called a week beforehand, asking if we needed help booking any activities, than called at 8:00 AM the day after we checked in, again with the hard sell.

4. The only complaint that I would really have is that they are a little hard on the time share / vacation sell.

5. The concierge offered us an 'owners' update' (which means they try to get you to buy more Shell points) which we politely declined and there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell to get us to do it.

7. The resort requests you not feed the birds but we saw people doing it all the time which made it hard for people like us who don't want the aggressive birds trying to take the food off your plate while you sit there.
