1. Unfortunately our room was near the parking area and tennis courts so it was a bit noisy (garbage trucks early in morning, car alarms, etc.

Granted, we had received a ground floor, so sitting outside wasn't necessarily something that would have been comfortable - there is no privacy from the patio next door - although we were lucky and not facing the pool (there is absolutely no privacy there and the pool is pretty noisy, opening at 8am I think with the music starting around 9:30am).

5. )Down side:It sounds like the Beachboy has an insulation/sound problem - we thought the people above us were extemely noisy as well as others reported in their reveiws (couldn't hear talking - just sounded like they were moving all of the furniture around all of the time) very annoying in the middle of the night.
