1. The only thing that bugged me was the lack of recycling but I understand that is an island-wide issue so I can't really hold them accountable for that.

4. Worst of the whole process is the front desks lack of care or even consideration which did result in me actually yelling at them which is something I really have never done before.

5. One of the reasons that I picked this place was because it was part of Outrigger's but the Aloha spirit seemed to be lacking at the front desk of this place.

9. If there are any drawbacks here they would include the $15/day parking fee (we had little choice as street parking filled up quickly) and the lack of a beach next to the property, but we'd definitely stay here again for a family getaway.
