1. Two criticisms: 1) the $15 a night fee that Aina Nalu charge for parking a car is ridiculous and 2) on two occasions when having a shower late in the evening (after 9:30pm) we had little to no hot water which was annoying.

3. )Some things that annoyed me about the room was there seemed to be a fault with the electricity while watching tv it often just turned off and we couldn't turn it back on, we also couldnt use electricity in the bathroom.

6. What annoyed us was that the staff should have said to us that it was unlikely our late check out would be possible, but that it wouldnt be known until the morning to leave.

7. We never exactly figured out what kind of bugs they were, but they were definitely gross and annoying because we could not take Full advantage of the kitchen because of the bugs and no matter how many times we cleaned, the bugs would NOT go away.
