1. The only thing that bugged me was the lack of recycling but I understand that is an island-wide issue so I can't really hold them accountable for that.

2. Bad - the A/C units are so antiquated that it was impossible to sleep with them on, which would have been a HUGE issue if it had been any warmer.

4. Here were my issues on the current trip: - Check in process: Says 3pm on the site, however 75% of guests did not have their room ready on time and front desk said check in is between 3-5pm.

6. Based on recommendations in the reviews, we reserved a 1 br and contacted the hotel by e-mail to request a room on the second floor (stairs were not an issue for us) away from the highway.

7. It has never been an issue for us because you tend to be out and about driving around the islands all day anyways.

8. I must point out that the staff was kind, courteous, and responded to my issues with solutions, but I was more familiar with the route to the front desk then to my room.

10. One had no fuel, and another had an issue that made it cook incredibly slow, so there was always a line of people waiting to bbq.
