1. We could walk to the restaurants and stores so we hardly had to use the car we rented while we were there.

4. My only other complaint about the room is that there really isn't a dining area - there are two barstools but it's hard as a family of four to sit and eat a meal together unless you go to the pool area or eat on the couch.

8. Parking is hard to find and you have to pay for parking wherever you go, so it was so nice to be able to just walk.

9. 3) It was nice not to be at a big hotel on Kanapali which was so busy- nice to go back to a quiet oasis- and very easy to drive to the beaches minuets away4) I think that paying for the parking was well worth it- if you go out during the day and come back after 8-9 at night- very hard to find a spot.

10. Our room was nearly facing Honoapiilani Highway and while there was construction happening during the daytime, it was still a peaceful oasis to come back to after a hard day at the crater or snorkeling.
