3. 10th (note this date), I called to find out if they could send it to me, but the person I spoke to could not only not find my license, but had THREE others there (they should have had none, as they were only meant to take a photocopy and return it to the guest).

4. I ended up at the Hilo Bay Hostel,which to date is the best hostel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in at least 50 so far).
