5. I did spy one cockroach-like bug but given this was the tropics and the wetest city in the US, I was expecting worse.

6. Big roaches in the kitchen area, and little ones inthe bedroom (and I live in Florida- so I am used to tropical bugs) carpets were dirty and bed linen very suspect.
