4. If I had some complaints they would be that the place is a bit too intrusive with the little post-it notes like 'please turn off your a/c when not in the room', 'please turn off the fridge if it's empty', 'please clean up your dishes', 'please only flush if it's #2' - good grief.

5. My only suggestion/complaint is that the rug was a little yukky - it should be shampooed or replaced.
