1. True the rooms weren't much and were in one with a shared bathroom but given the price of $69 Canadian, we didn't complain.

3. My feelings are that a lot of the people who complain are probably what I refer to as 'tourists' rather than 'travellers' - I believe there is a big distinction.

4. When we complained, both the staff and management were rude and basically told us they don't issue refunds ever (even if the extra charges were their mistake).
