1. I asked this woman 50 times about my package and she continued to tell me that she did not have it, it was not in her system, the hotel does not have my package, you are mistaken, FEDEX is wrong, etc, etc, etc.

8. Bottom line - vacation was great but getting sent in the wrong direction by the concierge was a time-waster and a disappointment.
