3. Why almost 5-star service?Dirty towels left in hallway for 8+ hours, not enough elevators during rush times force one to wait 10 minutes or take it the other direction to avoid overloaded cars.

5. If I had been aware of the store, I would have used Mickeys Magical express to get to the hotel (avoided having to lug a car seat just for groceries.

8. Very easy transport to Magic Kingdom and Epcot via Monorail and a nice easy walk back to avoid the lines and wait after fireworks at night from Magic Kingdom.
