9. doors were not cleaned for ages, the coffe machine was filthy, the picture on the wall was falling apart, the chair still had chocolate pieces on it, the headboard had years of filth behind it, the foot stool was White, but looked dark cream from the dirt on it.

10. The bathroom had visible dirt/dust along the floorboards, ceiling vents/fixtures, and the wooden/glass doors as well as the mini-fridge had smudges of goop all over them.
