1. We had some issues will the bell hops and actually getting our bags up to our room, it took about two trips down to their desk and about an hour an a half for them to arrive in the room.

5. I escalated the issue to as many Managers and Directors at this hotel - and low and behold, after pressuring them, guess where my package shows up? It was in Courney's office the entire time.

6. While staff did ultimately fix all of the little issues that we encountered, aside from the monorail and slide problem of course, but the hassle of having to report problems, wait, be transferred and finally get them fixed was well, just not worth it.

10. I don't hold this against the Contemporary Hotal because I know that bed bugs have become an issue in hotels across the country (i just saw a program on it a few months ago, even the high end hotels are having these issues) and the manager handled the situation all very well.
