5. Bell desk service was also excrutiatingly slow (waited 15 minutes for them to retrieve our bags, then they didnt want to load them into the taxi despite a $10 tip).

10. In order to get to the monorail, we had to take the elevator down several floors, and then take another elevator (there was only one slow-moving elevator) to the monorail platform (we were unable to take the stroller we had onto the escalator).
