1. Overall the parks were nice but some of the security was very gruff and rude when clearing the streets for parades .

9. On arrival at the hotel, the rude check-in clerk denied that I even had a reservation and told me that I had booked another resort (All star music), and although the rooms were both adjoining rooms, they were in different parts of the hotel and did not join to each other.
