1. It is so frustrating beyond the point that I have to interrupt their question and say I have to go jus tso I cna book a reservation somewhere else without the hassle.

3. The 'gift shop' in the hotel was lovely and sold a lot of useful things as well as the usual souveniers and was really convieniant it is also the place to collect things that you have had shipped over from the park which was also really easy and saved a lot of hassle.

The busses from the hotel to the parks in our opinion are amazing, we didn't have to wait long at all and yes the busses do get crowded but it really wasn't a hassle for us because the journeys were so quick that you didn't get too uncomfortable and we loved the freedom of hopping on and off the busses to get to different parks and resorts on the same day, so simple and quick.

We stayed at the Disney all star music resort from 24th sept - 8th oct 2011 for our 'once in a lifetime' holiday, we are two young ladies aged 22 and 23 having our first long distance holiday and so plumped for the security of the disney resort as we knew we didn't want the hassle of driving around florida and the disney bus service was very appealing.

We have stayed at all the value resorts and moderate resorts at WDW I like this one the best because of the location of the pool and bus stop and food court I was more comfortable in these beds last December than in a moderate one I stayed in May before I love the bus service Children with kids and grandkids can go back to room without a hassle and return to parks once revived.

9. We arrived by Disney's Magical Express - easy way to get there and no hassle at the airport however we then picked up a car later in the week as we wanted to travel outside disney and the buses were fairly crowded at this time of year.
