5. I wasn't very happy with the maintenance because they didn't fix a broken towel rack (no huge deal) and we had to sleep with the lights on for the first few nights because we found 3 palmetto bugs (1 in the bathroom, 2 in the entry).

8. We (2 adults, 2 kids) arrived for a 10 day stay to also find the GUITAR pool closed for 3 days of our stay, NO ONE informed us, my 3 yr old was heart broken immediately, try explaining this to a 3 yr old.
