1. have stayed at disney several times ,this was the first and last time at this resort like the other person said we were moved to the farthest part of the hotel were it was extremly loud and the pool close to us was bein refurb,I could deal with that but from day1 room was dirty/dingy, asked for more towels never got them dresser draw wouldn't stay closed and adjoining door wouldn't lock.

2. - The Grand Floridian's bathroom smelled better than our room- The room was dirty and unkempt- The bathtub dripped our entire stay- Mattresses were very uncomfortable- Lots of kids = lots of noise- A Dorito chip remained on the floor for the full five days.
