1. We had a number of companies delivery and that is not a problem, but you have to meet them in the lobby.

2. As many people have said they do get a little crowded but they run every 5 to 10 mins so if you think ones alittle full wait for a less crowded one its really not a problem as some people are making out besides your not on it long.

3. went summer 2011 with 2 kids 15 & 12,we had a walk around all of the all star resorts,and this on the face of it appeared the most select,pools excellent and not overcrowded all areas very clean,the only problem was the room was a bit cramped had to leave some stuff in the suitcases,overall good vaue for money.

7. However this time there were some problems:- The garbage was emptied once during our five night stay- It took 45 minutes for extra toilet paper to be brought up to our room- Our rooms keys had to be corrected twice- There were no towels available at the pool.

8. I would rate this hotel a 1 star, besides the food poisoning, the room was very dated, the bed was not comfortable and we had problems with out tv that took forever to get someone out to fix.
