1. Seriously? The carpet in the hallways is a mess, the air conditioning doesn't cool the room down, it's in a really crappy part of town, and room service cannot get your order right.

3. The only problem was room service - when bkfst arrived 30 minutes late, the woman who answered the phone made excuses and then was the person who delivered a soggy mess of cold eggs, melted butter for the toast and limp greens.
