1. I had read all reviews here on TA before booking this hotel, and I was aware of some complaints about the valet service, about the time they would need to get a car out.

5. What more can you ask for? If I had a complaint it would be that Kimpton, for some reason, likes to use sliding 'barn-style' doors for their bathroom.
