1. My first room was adjacent to a room full of loud girls that sounded like they were having a party, before I even complained the bellman got my room changed, brought me a new set of keys and took me to a new room.

2. The only negative I would list is that the front desk/lobby area was constantly mobbed with groups of loud, raucous groups, as was my 7th floor hallway upon returning to our room that night.

10. The windows really need to be double paned--Charles Street is a busy, loud street and the single paned windows let in most of the noise.
