1. The gentleman who checked me in was not familiar with the details of the rate I had booked, and gave me incorrect vouchers (which caused problems with the less-than-friendly woman working the desk the next morning).

6. The room had kind of a weird musty smell, which makes me think they may have a structural mildew problem considering how modern and new the building is.

7. The only problem I have with this is that the dispenser may have been leaking and there was a pool of body wash at the bottom of the shower.

8. Usually this isn't a problem but there was no 'unsubscribe' at the bottom and I had to call the hotel and sort it out.

10. You could hear the planes and the fan on the heating system, so if you are a light sleeper it may be a problem.
