6. I've stayed at the sister hotel down the street, and it's a nice, traditional hotel where you don't have to interact with anyone else in the elevator and they have the business-expense buffet for breakfast, but this one's filled with life, light, and fun and I prefer it.

7. Could they have used even grander and more expensive sound deadening windows like those used at the Fairmont in Vancouver BC? Certainly, but you're not paying $350 a night like you would at the Fairmont.
