1. Shuttle was a bit slow the first trip, they had issues with one of the vans (they share shuttle with the Sheraton), I would just suggest making your pick up time clear to the front desk staff, and don't try to cut it too close.

9. That wasn't a major issue by any means, but since we were there for 4 nights, we had quite a bit of 'stuff' that we would normally shove in the drawers.

10. My main issue: on a very cold night, the poorly insulated room cooled down drastically as soon as the heater went off and the heater was horribly loud.
