3. I'm not sure if I am one of the unfortunate ones but reading some of the reviews, people say they have flat screen tvs, robes, etc in their rooms while I did not get any of that.

5. unfortunately, the only way to reach this unwelcoming room was to travel down a long hallway that smelled as if years of cat urine had been covered up with bottles of disinfectant.
