5. We were there towards tail end of spring break and I was a bit nervous upon seeing some large groups of college kids in the pool area - while they did get a bit loud during the afternoon I didn't hear anything late at night, other than people going in/out of the pool gate.

6. left sink dirty-view obstructed by spots all over the windows not cleaned when we arrived-porch furniture literally falling apart-locks broken to main door and balconies-loud tree trimming and mess made pool area impossible to use one day, truck parked blocking path to beach.

9. The pool was overrun with a huge group of people visiting a couple staying at the hotel --not hotel guests who were loud and had no problem using all the hotel beach towels and letting their boys overrun the pool and splash around like demons.
