4. Cons: -wallpaper literally coming off the walls and caked in a very thick layer of dust-smell of urine in bathroom, apparently not thoroughly cleaned -furniture and curtains heavily worn and beaten up, paint chipped everywhere-tacky decorating needs serious updates.
