1. When we approached the front desk about our dirty room, we were told that we did not specify to be in the Main Tower (where I had stayed before).

4. - Furniture looked clean from far away but when looking at it, you can tell it is worn and dirty- Stench in the room- Refrigerator was leaking water- Windows were obviously not double pane and could hear every person and car going by the hotel outside.

6. left sink dirty-view obstructed by spots all over the windows not cleaned when we arrived-porch furniture literally falling apart-locks broken to main door and balconies-loud tree trimming and mess made pool area impossible to use one day, truck parked blocking path to beach.

8. If you want a quiet location, and BUT won't mind the mold, mildew and dirty towels and wash clothes, I recommend you choose this location.
