7. The Savoy is made up of two buildings, and it is my guess, judging from previous reviews, that the southern building has been renovated, but the northern building is simply disgusting.

8. I found it impossible to walk to my room without covering my nose with thick fabric, and the back stairway we used to exit the hotel (and avoid the disgusting downstairs hallway) was littered with trash.
