1. This hotel has a very unusual way of dealing with customer credit card so now I need to closely monitor my credit card statement to make sure nothing goes wrong.

3. We asked a few times what was wrong and no one spoke English, finally two more men showed (and we were a room full of girls so we were feeling pretty uncomfortable at this point) and one of them explained that someone had called about that hot water.
