1. The problem was never resolved as they were unwilling to do so, and I cannot emphasize enough that this hotel is absolutely not worth staying at if you desire a friendly staff and do not wish to have your belongings stolen.

4. The staff was friendly; gave extra towels when asked; toilet needed a little 'attention' but after maintenance visited, there wasn't another problem.
