Found one of the beds dirty, had to remake ourselves (unhelpful guy on the desk), music too loud in the lobby to hear the receptionist properly, got downgraded through wrong inputting of the reservation (before travelling, we sent a email to them from their website and we are to this day still waiting for an answer).

2. But, to be fair to us, they screwed us the first time by getting us psyched for the upgrade then cancelling it the day we check in, and secondly giving us the wrong room, which we booked 2 months prior & having no correct room to fix it.

3. The concierges were mostly pretty nice, but half of them were clueless and told us wrong information (wrong checkout times, bad directions to restaurants, etc.
