7. Everyone was absolutely FANTASTIC - very friendly, welcoming and working hard to make everyone's stay there special :) I am very happy that my boyfriend and I chose this hotel despite some of the reviews that we read before booking it.

8. The only problems my friends and I had were that the room was very dark (seriously - there were three lights and yet at night it was hard to see into our bags) and the lobby played loud techno music until very late.
