2. We actually nicknamed it 'grumpy Hour', he wouldnt ask you what you wanted, after talking with friends at the bar or trying to ignore you for as long as possible he would just look at you until you spoke.

3. apparently it included the 'free' shuttle bus to and from the airport, and Happy Hour (renamed grumpy Hour due to the very rude barman who really didn't like having to serve us drinks.
