1. Three friends and I decided to take a 'field trip' to South Beach and booked rooms, initially at the Majestic Hotel (I visited it 3 weeks before this trip and found it unacceptable) but changed to the Carlton instead.

2. Whether a hotel positions itself as a budget or luxury hotel, not doing the most fundamental upkeep of your hotel by washing sheets and keeping the room clean is completely unacceptable.
