It is 1 block away from the beach/Ocean drive, down the road from Walgreens supermarket (get cold drinks/snacks for beach), over the road from a lovely bistro that you could visit for breakfast (avoid Jerry's it's SO overated and expensive), all the clubs - Dreams, Cameos, Mansion, SoBe etc are a short walk away or an even shorter and cheap cab ride away.

5. The black carpet was hiding lots of dust and dirt so we ended up wearing flip flops in the room to avoid dirty feet.
