1. its Florida, its humid, and thats where bugs thrive and I would never be shocked to see a roach scoot across the floor.

2. I was a little shocked when I saw the rates now, a year ago I paid around 50 - 60 dollars per night (double occupancy) so check for the rates, it's hard to believe that a year later they increased the rates more than double.

3. I am not a picky person so for me to leave this 'hotel' within 2hrs of arriving is shocking.

4. After being assured at front desk upon check in, that the 'resort fee' would not be charged should we not use the towells and beach mats, we were shocked to find a charge of $5 per night per room had been added to our bill.
