1. I rang reception/guest services a few times for various issues and they were rude and unhelpful each time, it seemed like a big hassle for most of them to help with anything.

6. The staff are rude, the views are awful and (due to the above mentioned lack of aircon) you have to leave the windows open all the time which overlook a major area of noisy plant equipment.
