1. I cant say we had any problems, the room was fine and the hotel seemed to be in a fairly quiet side of town as you didnt get a lot of traffic sound.

2. We didn't have any problems, but everyone around us was frustrated - with the internet (which didn't work, but we had an I-Phone so it was OK), accidentally swapped room keys.

10. We called the front desk staff about this and on the second day of our stay they had engineers etc working in our room trying to fix the problem.
