1. A slight lack of light coming from the windows made a slightly dingy room but New York is full of skyscrapers so you'd be lucky to find any sunshine anyway.

4. The staff are rude, the views are awful and (due to the above mentioned lack of aircon) you have to leave the windows open all the time which overlook a major area of noisy plant equipment.
