1. Paid $380+ a night, expect something nice?? So what do you get? Rooms very small, poor airconditoning and lighting, no more than 1 person in bathroom at a time.

The water pressure in our bathroom was so poor that we had to have maintenance come and work on it before we could use it, and in the meantime we had to ask housekeeping for robes as although they are a feature of the rooms, apparently they are not provided automatically and you have to ask for them so if you need to call maintenance to work on the shower, ask for your robes to be brought up first.

4. small dark rooms, poor heating, dark bathroom, not enough electrical sockets (one to use), and very tiny workout room.
