Yes, I do wish the breakfast buffet had more selections, yes the room was SMALL, yes paying to use the internet was RIDICULOUS and this is the first time in a long time I didn't get a room upgrade and they didn't acknowledge hilton honors level, but it was easter weekend and it was the cherry blossom festival and whole city was crazy.
