2. The Smoky the Bellman Anecdote*A warning, rather than a complaint: If your bellman barely speaks English & smells of smoke (not like he just had a cigarette, but rather, like he has had 3 packs a day since 1965) - either request another bellman or do not let him touch anything you care about.

3. My major complaint is knowing there was a big event on - and they are entitled to their DJ etc, WHY did they give me a room above it - when the hotel wasn't full?I didn't experience the breakfast 'buffet' as I had an early departure - but there certainly was no sign of a bar and very little evidence of a hotel restaurant.

9. We we tried to complain that they carried every cable news network other than Fox, they refused to provide me with a comment card, holding up a stack of similar complaints and indicating that they didn't want to hear that complaint anymore.
