1. He was extremely difficult to understand & he clearly did not understand us, which was a real problem given that communication is the essence of the service industry.

5. The problem was that by the time we woke up and got down to eat (8:40 AM), there was hardly no food left, because a conference that took place at the hotel and the conferences' guests ate all the food.

9. I had no problem requesting and receiving a nonsmoking room (which can be a problem sometimes with Priceline) Wifi has a fee but is free in the lobby.

10. CONS: not clean (I had to wipe lots of hair from the floor and bathtub, the towels and washing clothe were not laundered well) and not comfortable (very small, no ventilation) bathroom; noise from the street, dated and tired ambiance, elevators had some problems opening the doors on our floor.
