5. Over our three day stay there, we experienced the following: broken phone; broken pool; sheets that would not stay tucked in for longer than 30 seconds because the mattress was being supported on an elegant duct tape-lined piece of plywood and did not hold the sheets in place; stained and dirty floors, furniture and woodwork; holes in the blankets; malfunctioning door locks and internet access in the 'business center' (1 computer); first room we were given looked out on a ventilation shaft; concierge who spent his time in the TV room; non-functioning lamps; small, dingy room.
