1. I complained when I checked out and unfortunately, all they offered me was park tickets for a future stay, which was unhelpful as I don't plan on returning to Disney in the near future.

The resort is very large - set up in three sections - unfortunately we were in the Ranchos section - very far (10 minute walk to El Centro (registration, restaurants, etc), but it was fairly close to the main pool and our car which was good since we drove ourselves to park each day (free parking at parks included with plan).

9. If this unfortunate situation happens to you, call the concierge and they will have the contact information so you do not have to leave and go to the hospital, especially if you know what you are dealing with as I did.

10. unfortunately, my requests were ignored and we were placed about as far away from the convention center as one could get :( This was a true disappointment, since it meant spending more time walking back and forth in-between events.
